Charlie is an expert in Loyalty Strategy, Partnerships and Rewards. She is the Managing Director and Head of Strategy for Mando-Connect in the UK, part of the WPP group and has over 20 years’ experience in the industry. She is passionate about unlocking data-fueled big insights for her clients, partners and the industry. Charlie works across multiple sectors and markets and is proud to have won many awards for her work.

She has a strong belief that, by working together, brands and programs can achieve more. Shared resources, shared expertise, shared passion and shared capabilities create bigger shared outcomes.

Charlie is also passionate about supporting the loyalty industry. She commissions and publishes the UK’s biggest study into loyalty behaviors and attitudes with YouGov, serves as an Editor at Large for the Wise Marketer Group and regularly speaks and writes in marketing and loyalty press and at conferences.

She holds a BSc in Economics & International Studies from the University of Warwick and holds professional qualifications from The Institute of Promotional Marketing, The Institute of Direct Marketing and the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She is a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional™ (CLMP) and joined the Loyalty Academy faculty in 2021.
