Manav is the Co-founder of Quick Brown Fox Consulting, a Dubai-based professional services firm with strong credentials in the loyalty space. He has over 20 years in Customer Management, Marketing Communications and Loyalty with an emphasis on brand strategy. He has designed and launched loyalty programs throughout the Gulf Region and is a well-known speaker at marketing focused events.

Manav is a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional™ and was the principal architect of the Inaugural Middle East North Africa (MENA) CLMP Workshop in 2021. He frequently writes commentary on the MENA loyalty landscape for the Wise Marketer. He holds a Bachelors Degree from Delhi University, a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Diploma and joined the Loyalty Academy faculty in 2021.
