This course is designed as the “final exam” for all students who have completed the Core Curriculum and desire to receive their certification as a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP) from the Loyalty Academy. Students will receive a questionnaire with multiple-choice questions based on the tools, principles, and best practices learned from the Core Curriculum. Students will also design the financial projections for the potential launch of a customer loyalty program based on a case study from a real-world example. Students will submit their finished deliverables to faculty for evaluation. This course is designed for virtual course completion.
