Registration includes all materials and food & beverage service each day. Upon completion of the Workshop delegates will be asked to pass a final examination and to complete a Business Case for a loyalty marketing program Successful delegates will earn their credential as a Certified loyalty Marketing Professional™ Each registrant will also become a ‘Member-for-Life’ at The Loyalty Academy Delegate Registration.
The workshop is an interactive, 3-day experience designed to provide an in-depth assessment of the strategic principles and best practices which govern loyalty marketing programs. The workshop will deliver this assessment from the perspective of both Consumer and B2B customer relationships.
Through a combination of lecture, discussion, case studies, and the use of specific loyalty and retention evaluation tools, this workshop seeks to expand the participant’s knowledge and understanding of the available techniques used around the world by loyalty and relationship marketing professionals. The workshop is intended for senior level marketing and loyalty program decision-makers in both Consumer and B2B markets, including those agencies and service providers who support client loyalty programs.
The workshop is intense and covers all core modules plus some of the elective topics offered in the full Curriculum. Throughout the workshop, participants will explore the design and financial/ROI elements based upon a case study.
The final examinations will be evaluated by the Board of Regents for the Loyalty Academy and the CLMP Certification will be granted to all participants who successfully demonstrate their understanding and real world use of the principles, practices, technologies, and financial elements associated with winning loyalty strategies.
