LOYALTY ACADEMY GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Loyalty Academy’s Website. By accessing this website you agree to accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Loyalty Academy’s website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

I. RENEWAL AND REFUND POLICY

The Loyalty Academy offers memberships on a monthly and annual basis as well as educational and training courses for customer loyalty professionals and marketers. Annual subscribers receive a discounted price from the monthly subscription option and enjoy additional benefits which are documented on the website www.LoyaltyAcademy.org.  All Loyalty Academy subscribers will be setup for automatic renewals of periodic payments using the payment method selected by the subscriber. We will charge or debit your payment at the beginning of the subscription and automatically renew monthly and annual memberships at the beginning of each new cycle unless cancelled as provided for below.

1. Monthly Subscriber Cancellation Policy

Subscribers to a Loyalty Academy Membership electing to pay on a monthly basis may cancel their subscription at any time by cancelling at least five (5) day prior to the monthly renewal date.

2. Annual Subscriber Cancellation Policy

Subscribers to a Loyalty Academy Membership paying their annual fee in advance may cancel their subscription prior to the next annual renewal date by cancelling at least 30 days prior to the annual renewal date.

3. Stopping Automatic Renewals

If you would like to stop the subscription from automatically renewing or make changes to your membership status, you can do so by logging in to your LoyaltyAcademy.org account and selecting the “Membership” tab followed by the “Edit Membership” tab.

4. Inability to Process Renewal Payments

Your subscription may not renew if your credit or debit account has been closed or your payment method is otherwise invalid. If we are unable to collect payment prior to your renewal date you may be required to update to current payment plan offerings.

5. Loyalty Academy Courses and Curriculum Refund Policy

No refunds are available for courses paid for but not attended. However if you are unable to attend a course and provide at least five (5) days prior notice to the Loyalty Academy you will be eligible to attend a replacement Loyalty Academy course in the same series at any time within six (6) months of the original course date. If you are dissatisfied in any way with a Loyalty Academy course that you have already attended, you will be eligible to attend a replacement Loyalty Academy course in the same series at any time within six (6) months of the original course date. To qualify for a replacement of Loyalty Academy course you have already attended, notice must be provided to the Loyalty Academy within fifteen (15) days of the course date which identifies the name of the course, date attended and specific reasons for your dissatisfaction.

6. Loyalty Academy Conference Refund Policy

Cancellations are permitted and must be sent via email to support@thewisemarketer.com no later than 5pm ET on February 20, 2017. Notices of cancellation sent later than 5pm ET on February 20, 2017 will incur a $150 charge, representing contractual costs charged by our host hotel. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of notice of cancellation.

Registrations are transferable and must be requested via email to support@thewisemarketer.com no later than 5pm ET on March 1, 2017.

II. LOYALTY ACADEMY PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is critically important to us. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personally identifiable information you may provide us through the Website. We have adopted this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to explain what information may be collected on our Website, how we use this information, and under what circumstances we may disclose the information to third parties. This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect through the Website and does not apply to our collection of information from other sources.

1. Website Visitors

Like most website operators the Loyalty Academy collects non-personally-identifying information that web browsers and servers routinely make available such as the browser type, language preference, referring site and the date and time of each visitor request.  The Loyalty Academy’s purpose in collecting this information is to better understand how the Loyalty Academy’s visitors use its website.

2. Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

The Loyalty Academy also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on https://loyaltyacademy.org blog posts.  In addition certain visitors to Loyalty Academy’s websites may choose to interact in ways that require registration or other personally-identifying information. If you are a registered user of https://loyaltyacademy.org and have supplied your email address, the Loyalty Academy may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with the Loyalty Academy and our products. We primarily use our blog to communicate this type of information so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help clarify or respond to your request or to help support other users.

The Loyalty Academy reserves its right change its Privacy Policy from time to time in the Loyalty Academy’s sole discretion. b. Loyalty Academy will not modify, edit, or change comments prior to publishing. Approved comments do not reflect the views or opinions of Loyalty Academy, its agents or affiliates. Comments reflect the view and opinion of the person who posts such view or opinion. To the extent permitted by applicable laws Loyalty Academy shall not be responsible or liable for the Comments or for any loss cost, liability, damages or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

c. Users posting Comments warrant and represent that:
