This course provides a thorough overview of the key financial considerations in planning and managing a customer loyalty program. Completion of the course will equip students with a knowledge base to properly forecast the financial impact of a loyalty program to the organization and to support operating budget preparation. Students will learn about the financial considerations of loyalty business models, currency breakage, liability management, and financial accounting best practices for customer loyalty programs.
