Faster decisions
Improved internal decision making with everyone working from the same principles on financial modelling, segmentation, and reward psychology. Allowing for debates to be resolved based on evidence rather than opinion.
Strategic alignment
Training helps to align your team and leadership with corporate objectives and focus on what actually drives results. This helps to transform strategy into execution.
Less vendor dependence
Cross-functional fluency
Institutional resilience

Both cover the full 15 units — 14 core courses and the final examination — and culminate with the full CLMP™ certification.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if we have fewer than 15 people?
Public workshops or Online On-Demand enrollment are often then a better fit. However, you should contact us and we’ll talk through the best options for your organizations needs, circumstances, and budget.
Can the curriculum be customized for our industry?
Yes. We co-create with you select portions of the curriculum so that it focuses on what matters most to your team.
Can we combine On-Demand and in-person training for our team?
We can build a program that gives your team access to both formats, but each individual certifies through one path or the other — not both, and they cannot switch between them. Contact us and we’ll help you build a plan that fits how your team learns best.
Is there a discount for enrolling multiple staff in the On-Demand program?
Contact us directly to discuss group Online On-Demand access. We’ll work with you on an approach that fits your company’s needs.
Does everyone get certified?
Every participant who completes the program earns the full CLMP™ designation, identical to any other path. But they must participate throughout the in-person training and complete the final examination successful in order to earn the certification.
Can we include agency or partner staff?
Yes, this is a common approach for many organizations. This is often worthwhile when partners execute your program. Pricing simply adjusts to the total headcount of all participants.
How technical is it?
The primary focus is on strategy and decision-making related to the discipline of loyalty. Technical topics cover operations, platform requirements, and member communications integrations, but this is not a software training program.
Is it appropriate for executives?
Executives frequently participate alongside their team to ensure alignment and content can be weighted toward strategy and governance if an Executive team is the core make-up of the participants in the workshop.
Are there regional partners who deliver in other markets or languages?
Yes, our regional education partners include: Loyalty Academy Brasil (Brazil, in Portuguese), Quick Brown Fox (Middle East and Egypt), LEAL HUB (Central and South America and Spain, in Spanish), 2WLS (West and North Africa), and Strategic Caravan (India). We are exploring additional partners in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Oceania as well.
Who leads the training?
A combination of Executive and Senior Loyalty Academy™ faculty. Meet them at loyaltyacademy.org/faculty.
Is there follow-up support?
Yes. We conduct a post-program consultation and participants hold their CLMP™ designation permanently, which means they can contact us or other members of the CLMP™ community – it depends on what questions need answers.
How do we get a quote or book a workshop?
Contact us at loyaltyacademy.org/contact and a member of our team will follow up with you directly to begin scoping your needs and the best approach — a private workshop, sponsorship of a public workshop, or a blended approach for your team.
