In this course, students will learn the considerations necessary to identify the optimal loyalty technology to support customer loyalty program operation. Students will learn the range of options in today’s market, will practice evaluating loyalty technology platforms using the Loyalty Academy’s “Six Pillar” evaluation methodology, and will learn the key considerations in the “build versus buy” decision. Students will also learn about peripheral technologies that deliver specific capabilities such as mobile, gamification, social graph, and point-of-sale systems.
