Congratulations on completing the necessary in-person training as a pre-requisite for this final exam. The final step to becoming a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP) is to utilize the skills learned to date and test this learned knowledge in a final exam.
As part of this exam, we require you to complete the following Questionnaire. There are thirty (30) multiple choice questions. We require twenty-two (22) correct answers for you to pass the exam. We will advise of any incorrectly answered questions. In the event that you do not meet the necessary score on your first try, you may attempt this exam an additional 2 times (for a maximum number of 3 attempts). If you have not passed after 3 attempts, a member of our faculty will be in touch to discuss your options.
As an optional opportunity for enrichment, students may also design financial projections for the potential launch of a customer loyalty program based on a case study from a real-world example. Students may submit their finished deliverables to faculty for evaluation.
