A loyalty strategist with deep roots in the Middle East, Chayya co-founded QBF Consulting in 2018 after leading the launch of the award-winning U by Emaar program as Director of Group Loyalty at Emaar. Under her leadership, QBF has certified hundreds of loyalty professionals across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and beyond — making the MENA region one of the most vibrant CLMP™ communities in the world. Chayya serves as a Loyalty Academy board member for the MENA region, a contributor to the Global Customer Loyalty Report, and a member of the Customer Strategy Network.
