Brian Almeida
Brian co-founded Strategic Caravan after a career spent building some of India’s most influential loyalty and CRM programs. A pioneer of customer-centric strategy in the Indian market, he brings deep expertise in loyalty program architecture, channel partner engagement, and B2B customer strategy. Brian is also the founder of Points for Good, an initiative connecting loyalty programs to charitable giving. He has served as a faculty member for Loyalty Academy™ since the inaugural India CLMP™ workshop in 2022.

Mala is a loyalty marketing specialist and practitioner with a distinguished career advising leading Indian brands on customer strategy, loyalty program design, and value proposition development. A published author on loyalty marketing — her book Commonsense Loyalty Marketing is a trusted practitioner reference — she brings both intellectual rigour and hands-on market experience to every CLMP™ workshop she leads.
