About Loyalty Academy

Loyalty Academy™ is the industry’s first platform for global loyalty education. Since December 2016, we have provided training, certification, and thought leadership for professionals working in customer loyalty, retention, and engagement.

We issue the Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional Designation™ (CLMP™) to qualified professionals as our primary designation.

Our Values

Excellence in Education

We deliver world-class training grounded in proven methodologies. Every course is taught by practitioners who have designed, launched, and managed loyalty programs at scale.

Evidence-Based Thinking

We value data, research, and facts over opinion. When we take a position, we show our work — citing studies, sharing data, and acknowledging where reasonable people disagree.

Practical Application

Theory matters; implementation matters more. Our curriculum focuses on frameworks you can apply to your program immediately.

Authentic Communication

We speak plainly, avoiding jargon where plain language works better. When something is genuinely complex, we take the time to break it down rather than pretending a simple answer exists.

Continuous Learning

The loyalty landscape evolves and so do we. Our refreshed CLMP™ curriculum retired electives in favour of 14 required courses, so every participant now graduates with the same complete framework — updated to reflect current research, technology, and customer behaviour.

Global Delivery

Loyalty Academy™ has delivered in-person certification workshops in eleven countries across five continents to-date:

United States · Canada · Australia · New Zealand · Singapore · United Kingdom · Ireland · Netherlands · United Arab Emirates · Morocco · South Africa

Regional delivery partners extend into additional markets and languages:

Where Our Participants Work

125+ brands employ CLMP™ participants

75+ marketing services providers and technology companies

5 universities and industry associations

CLMPs work at organizations that take customer loyalty seriously.  They include brands such as Amazon, Mastercard, Tesco, Accor Hotels, Shell, Accenture, Samsung, Santander, Coles, Emirates Skywards, Deloitte, T-Mobile, and Standard Bank — across retail, financial services, travel, energy, telecommunications, and professional services, on five continents.

Recognition

CLMP™ sets the global standard for loyalty marketing certification. We were the first to develop an education program specifically for loyalty marketing as a discipline.

Regional marketing certifications may treat loyalty as one component. Industry-specific programs may teach loyalty tactics for a single sector. Neither provides cross-industry frameworks with the depth that we do.

CLMP™ signals specialization in loyalty marketing — financial modeling, analytics, psychology, operations, strategy, and measurement. That specificity is what brands and employers seeking loyalty expertise are looking for.
