Each candidate will complete multiple choice online exam comprised of two parts. First, you will complete 30 questions about the content covered in the CLMP™ curriculum. In the second part of the exam, you will answer 10 multiple choice questions about a case study prepared by Loyalty Academy faculty. Students must score 80% or higher to pass the exam and earn certification as a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional™ (CLMP)™
